Visa.Secure : Terms of Service
- Visa.Secure is an add-on service, only available for eligible trips booked on tripver.com
- Visa.Secure is valid only on trips booked without flights
- This service must be purchased within 48 hours of the reservation
- The traveler availing this service must be eligible for ITR and must have filed ITR for a minimum of 3 years with an annual taxable income of 6.5 Lakhs or more in each year.
- The traveler availing this service must hold a valid passport on the date of purchase of this service and must be valid for more than 6 months from the date of intended travel.
- You must complete a 100% payment of the trip within 48 hours.
- There must be a gap of minimum 60 days of the trip start from the date of purchase of this service
- You must provide valid (scanned) documents within 24 hours from the commencement of your visa assistance
- You must visit your nearest valid embassy/consulate on the required date without delay if required.
- Whenever a necessary supporting document is requested, it must be provided with 24 hours (except weekends)
- All information provided must be truthful and forged/false documents can-not be submitted
- If your visa is rejected 100% refund of the trip amount paid to Tripver will be refunded
- Refunds will be provided within 45 days of filing refund request.
- This service add-on cost is non-refundable.
At any given time any of the above terms of service violated, this service will be canceled without any refunds.
