Here’s what’s not covered in your exciting European tour:
Essentials:
Airfare, Passport, POE charges, Visa fees, Travel Insurance, etc. You’ll need these to jet-set smoothly!
Personal Splurges:
Fancy porter service, laundry, alcohol, and off-menu treats like mini bar goodies or spontaneous phone calls.
Extra Eats:
Meals not on the itinerary are extra. Menu choices are set, so no sudden cravings guaranteed!
Additional Explorations:
Any tours, city sights, entry tickets, or extra guides outside the planned itinerary.
Taxes & More:
5% GST, 5% TCS, and other applicable taxes may sneak in, so keep an eye out!
Anything Else:
If it’s not mentioned in the itinerary, it’s not included – surprise-free planning!

Day Trip schedule is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on your activity date.
All across Vietnam, an entry fee is charged at monuments, beaches, and islands & cable car. This needs to be paid in cash directly.
Any unutilized service is non-refundable, however, if informed a minimum of 48 hours in advance we will try our best to change activities as per your preference.
If you require a vehicle or any ground service at any time it is not a part of the itinerary, please let us know. We will try to arrange the same at a nominal cost that can be paid in cash directly.
If you require the vehicle beyond the said hours, you will need to pay the driver directly. Please let us know so that we can inform you of the lowest possible yet appropriate fee. After 9:30 Pm apart from the additional hour, night charges will apply.
Payment Policy:
INR 10000 + 5% GST + 5% TCS Per Person to start the Visa process
INR 40000 +5% GST + 5% TCS Per Person within 72 hours of getting a Visa appointment
Rest of the amount: 21 days before your departure / After getting your visa ( Whichever is later )
