Departure Day

It’s evening, and we’re set to start our journey to Udaipur from Gurgaon after a long day at work. Hop on to the Kanjoos Traveller bus. The road trip takes us through the states of Haryana and Rajasthan to the most charming town of Rajasthan. We will be stopping for Dinner at Behror and will continue our drive to Udaipur.
We will be arriving at Udaipur in late morning hours followed by an on arrival Lunch and freshen up. Put on your best clothes because we will now be visiting the most gorgeous palaces in the country. First up is the City Palace, followed by the Fort of Udaipur. Towards late evening, the waters of the city are quite inviting. Yes, we’re talking about a boat ride in Lake Pichola. Seep in the views of Udaipur Lake Palace.
Settle your starving paunch as we will explore the cafes of Udaipur via interesting pub crawls. Arrive back at the hotel whenever you like for some socialising and activities.

We’ll start our journey to Jaisalmer and pit stop for dinner near Neemrana at about 10 PM. No stops after this, so we reach our destination on time.

Say hello to fresh beginnings, and wake up early, dress up like royalty and top up with a healthy breakfast. Today, we will be riding to Udaipur Old Town. You will be witnessing the ancient Mewar paintings at Bagore Ki Haveli and Udaipur Museum. Post late lunch, team Kanjoos will escort you to the Fateh Sagar Lake where you will behold a gorgeous sunset. Fateh Sagar Lake also hosts a street food market on its banks. We will explore the bazaars of Udaipur and try to make time for the spectacular light and sound show at the museum, post which we will be headed to the hotel for Dinner and some music.

It was indeed a tipsy night and today we’re all going to wake up quite hungover. So, just a friendly tip, have a light breakfast with a lemonade. Remember guys, this is your last day, so don’t forget to make the most of it. We will start for the Chittorgarh fort after a lazy morning and breakfast.
Chittorgarh is supposed to be the largest fort in India and at a time, whole villages used to live inside the fort. Capture some Instagram moments with the epic wall of Chittorgarh fort followed by Lunch at Chittorgarh itself. Listen to the epics of Maharani Padmini and the valour of our Rajputana kings.

That was pretty much of Udaipur & Chittorgarh. We will start for Gurgaon in the noon and take an overnight journey to reach our home the next morning.
