–Trip Captain: Your Trip Captain’s details will be sent to your 06 hours prior to the trip on your respective email/mobile phone. The only difference between you and the Trip Captain is they are avid travelers and are more informed about the region. Do not mistake them as tour guides. Tripver is a crowdsourced travel platform and not a travel agency. Trip Captain’s will be your one point contact throughout the trip and will be the deciding authority should any unforeseen situation.
Ambassador: Your Trip Ambassador details will be shared on the day of the trip as well. You/your family can reach out using the emergency contact number filled in the check-in form, in case of Trip Captain’s signal unavailability or in case of an emergency as they are remotely available for your Trip.
Self Conduct: Please treat other travellers like you like to be treated yourself i.e with respect. Our Trip Captains are core members of the community and are usually fun loving happy go lucky people but are usually not pleasant to travelers who cause inconvenience to other travelers. Although our community has always had amazing mature and understanding travellers, in a one-off case of misconduct, the Trip Captain’s have discontinued traveler’s trip in the past and would not hesitate to discontinue in future either, should there be any misbehavior or misconduct. Tripver would in that case further blacklist from traveling to subsequent trips due to the above-mentioned reason. As we follow this policy strictly we have high credibility especially among solo women and other like-minded travelers.
– Hot water scarcity: Hot water and regular water are scarce as you will be hitting higher altitude day by day. Use it wisely.
-Accommodation & Transport: As you keep hitiing higher altitude the city facilities keep fading away. Please dont expect anything fancy but yes you may expect clean hygienic rooms, camps at various locations. Please remember you are going to the destination that is open for only 03 months in an entire year. So do expect the basics and what is part of your Tripver Trip inclusions but do not expect your preference to be catered.
-Medical conditions: Tripver takes no liability for any medical condition or will be able to give any advice on medical grounds. In case you feel you need to get your self medically checked, do consult a doctor before the trip.
-Terms & Conditions: Kindly read terms and conditions on the website as they imply on you post your reservation.
-Stuff to Carry: Please remember this is not a fashion or a luxury trip. So carry stuff that is useful and necessary. Its an extremely adventurous trip.
-Meal Inclusion: The specific meal inclusion for the trip will be sent to you on the WhatsApp group made post boarding.
-Luggage Safety: We request you to please be cautious and keep your luggage and other belongings safely. Tripver- Travel Community is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of cash, jewellery or other valuables left unattended by the travellers.
–Signal Issues: There will be less or no signal throughout the journey. Please ensure that you inform this to your family members/ friends/ guardians.
