For better planning of the trip and to ensure you plan your DIY days & meal budgets better, we are sharing the details regarding Tripver Meals and Public Transportation that will be paid by Tripver during the trip via Tripver Forex Card in custody of the Chief.
As per the community style of travelling, The CHIEF of the city would be in charge of dealing with the transactions involved during the trip via TRIPVER FOREX CARD.

SHOUT OUT | NOTE | MEAL PLANS:
All meals budgets are set and will be shared on the group and to the concerned CHIEF of the country at least 6 hours prior. You may use the Forex Card for the payment of the respective meal else withdraw cash. We highly recommend you to try what I Trip Scout suggests as community members handling I Trip Scout are avid travelers of the region and have handpicked these food outlets.
Have your own plans? Chilling somewhere far away from the recommended outlet? Wanna try some other dining option? Not to worry you may reimburse the money from the CHIEF of the same budget later & go on with your plans. But please ensure that you keep the CHIEF in the loop before you take a call like this to make it easy for everyone. Be Nice.

Tripver forex card can be swiped/cash withdrawal for use of Public transportation. Below mentioned are the Public Transportation expenses covered by Tripver:

In case a situation arises where you are feeling fancy and want to book an Uber/Taxi collectively & split the cost, you can reimburse the amount of public transport as per the budget and price of the ticket. But we recommend you to try the local transport. Get a feel of how people travel in Europe. Most of the tickets will be purchase collectively as all inter-country transportation are planned together with the travelers.
SHOUT OUT | NOTE | PUBLIC TRANSPORT
When it comes to public transportation tickets please note that you are responsible for your own tickets. But please ensure that you keep the CHIEF in the loop for all these things and there is no buying of 02 public transportation tickets accidentally or misinformation in any manner amongst travelers. Tripver takes no liability for incidents like these. A simple way to ensure that this doesn’t happen is to keep the CHIEF/I Trip Scout in the loop. In case you have pre-purchased tickets simply inform the CHIEF/I Trip Scout on personal chat.
Total Approx Reimbursements for Meals + Public transport accumulates to EUR 48 per person.
NOTES & SUMMARY:
-Tripver Forex Card & Tripver Emergency Phone will be in custody of the Chief.
-Tripver Chief will dispatch cash for meals with Tripver Forex Card during and/or before the end of the trip while keeping I Trip Scout in the loop. Keeping I Trip Scout in the loop is mandatory by Chief.
-In case you are occupied hopping around and enjoying your trip, do ensure either you buy the ticket/meal yourself & get the amount reimbursed later from the Chief before the trip ends. AGAIN we say it’s very critical to keep the Chief & I Trip Scout in the loop before you do so on personal chat. The traveler may collect the amount of meals expenses from Chief before or later but before the end of the trip. Chief will not be responsible to run around each traveler for reimbursement etc. Be nice to each other and help each other while traveling as a community.
