DAY 1 Delhi to Joshimath

With lots of excitements and good vibes we will start your Journey to Valley of Flowers from Delhi (Kashmiri Gate) at 8:00 pm. Board to comfortable traveller and get relaxed, en-route for Dinner, meet the co-travellers and make new friends for a new adventure.

New Delhi – Joshimath
Distance – 480 km
Journey – 10-12 hrs by road

DAY 2 Joshimath

Arrive Joshimath, also known as Jyotirmath is a city and a municipal board in Chamoli District in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Located at a height of 6150 feet. Have some rest by check in at Resort. After freshen up explore local markets. When you reach back to the resort your delicious dinner will be ready & overnight stay at Resort.

Day 3 Trek to Ghagaria

Early morning at 7 p.m after Breakfast Check-out from the Resort and reach Govind Ghat then start your adventurous trek to Ghangaria village. (Note : Take important things in small bag and you can put your heavy luggage in the Resort because after the trek we will check-in again in that Resort)

This is what you get to see once walking 7 km towards Ghangaria village. Trek towards this beautiful snow clad mountain and you will reach Kag Bhusandi Lake. It’s a charming high altitude lake. You will witness enchanting views all along. Trekking along River Pushpawati is amazingly beautiful.

The first 9 kms of trek are alongside Pushpawati. After having lunch on the banks of the river, we will cross it. The forthcoming 4 kms are slightly steeper. A total altitude gain is approximately 1.5 kms.
Reach Ghangaria by the evening and relax. One can also visit the nearby waterfall and enjoy the picturesque locale. Some rare species of birds and animals can be seen here.

Check-in and relax at the hotel you will be tired of long trekking and delicious dinner will be waiting for you & overnight stay at Ghangaria.

Distance – 20 km

Journey by vehicle – 1 hour (Approx)

Distance – 13 km
Journey – 8-10 hrs by trekking

Day 4 Ghagaria to Valley of Flowers

Rise early in the morning and after breakfast at 7 pm you’re all set to trek towards Valley of Flowers. Enter the valley’s check point and you will witness the solace of nature, your ears are blessed with sounds of chirping birds and rhythmic flowing water. There is no pollution and a life of natural beauty awaits here. The experience is impeccable and will create memories of a lifetime. It’s an epitome of unblemished natural beauty. After this amazing memory we will go back to our hotel in Ghagaria. Dinner will be served & overnight stay at Ghagaria Hotel

(Note: We will provide the packed lunch on day 3 )

Day 5 Hemkund Sahib – Govindghat

After Early breakfast Check-out from the Hotel (Note : you can put your heavy things in the hotel because we will come back to the hotel after trekking) and start your trek towards Hemkund Sahib, formally known as Gurudwara Shri Hemkund Sahib Ji, is a Sikh place of worship and pilgrimage site. It is devoted to Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, and finds mention in Dasam Granth, a work allegedly dictated by Guruji himself.

Trek down and reach Govind Ghat, and later depart for Joshimath.

Dinner will be ready & overnight stay at Hotel in Joshimath.

Ghangaria – Hemkund Sahib- Ghagaria
Distance – 12 km
Time – 8-9 hrs by trekking

Day 6 On The way Back

After breakfast check-out from the Resort and depart for Delhi. Trip ends here with a bag full of memories to look back upon with relish and nostalgia!

Day 7 Arrive At Delhi

Arrive back at Delhi in the early morning 🙂
